This Thursday, at noon, we will be serving our monthly CVAA Senior Luncheon at the Libanus Lodge at the corner of Elm & North Streets. We will start off with a Potato Leek Soup followed by a Cole Slaw that Pete Hansen is making for us this month. The main course is Turkey Tetrazzini which was voted in by last month's attendees. We will have glazed carrots for dessert along with homemade rolls that Gert Bingham will bake Thursday morning and Suzanne Orvis is making a Maple Cake for dessert using maple syrup she helped make at the Orvis Family Sugar-house. Also, we are going to try something new this month- Mary Bingham will be making fresh donuts Thursday morning and we will start serving them at 11:00 until they run out along with coffee donated by our friends at Vermont Coffee Company!
