Recently I moved to the Valley and am a yoga teacher and licensed acupuncturist. I am offering 3 complimentary vinyasa yoga classes on Wednesday April 20th, April 27th and May 4th from 6pm-7pm at the East Warren Community Market (The Old Schoolhouse 42 Roxbury Gap Rd, Warren 05674). I am a certified teacher through It's Yoga and have been teaching since 2003. Over the past 13 years, I have studied with many well known yogis and am currently enrolled in Yoga Medicine's 500-hour teacher training. This class will give you the opportunity to get to know my style of teaching. It is an open level class. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.
