Canaan's Historic Grace Church, built in 1874, will celebrate the first Sunday of Advent by decorating the sanctuary for the Christmas Season starting at 11 am.

Then, starting at noon, the North Country Christmas Season will be officially launched with the showing of the 250th anniversary concert of Handel's Messiah. The orchestra and choral sounds, which will be broadcast on our incredible Bose Sound System, will fill you with the Spirit of the Christmas season.
