Efficiency Vermont's Matt Kilcoyne, BPI Certified and Residential Expert, will be stationed at the Three Bean Cafe available to area residents Wednesday, April 13 ready to answer your questions, give advice, look at your recent fuel or electric bill, help you find ways to cut down on your energy use or find savings opportunities in other avenues with regard to your household energy and fuel consumption.
