5th Annual UVM Physical Therapy Club 5k

Break out your running shoes, oil your bearings, pump up your racing tires, and join The University of Vermont Physical Therapy Club as they host its 5th annual 5K fundraiser to benefit the Northeast Disabled Athletic Association (NDAA). This year’s 5K fundraiser will be held on Saturday, April 30th, 2016 on the UVM bike path at 9:00 AM. All runners, walkers, joggers, racing wheelchairs, handcyclists, and power wheelchair users are welcome.

The NDAA is a non-profit public charity that works to enhance opportunities and provide support for individuals with physical disabilities who wish to participate in recreational and competitive athletics.

Registration and the race start at the southern most side of the Patrick/Gutterson Gym (97 Spear Street) under the Fitness Center overhang. The race will be a 5k loop on the bike path. Registration cost is $12 in the form of either cash or card and will begin at 8:15 AM Saturday morning. Kids 10 and under are free. Registration comes with a free water bottle and raffle ticket! The raffle will be held after the race with lots of good prizes from around the area! Stay tuned for updates!
