A restorative, 4-hour music workshop for women seeking to engage creatively, musically and rhythmically. No musical experience needed! Come with a beginner's mind - eyes, ears and heart wide open.

Opportunities for group drumming, singing, writing and instrumental play. Emphasis on the process of self-exploration and self-expression within a supportive community.
