(1) Public Hearing for zoning permit application #16-11, St. Ambrose Church re: changes to front garage door, etc., acting on a recommendation by the Design Review Committee.
(2) Regular Planning Commission meeting to receive an informal informational presentation about a possible six house Planned Residential Development proposed by Robert Fuller on North Street.
(3) Public Comment
(4) Adjournment
The purpose of this evening’s meeting is only to act on a DRC recommendation and to hear an informal informational presentation about a possible PRD. The PC will continue with its regular planning work at its April 19 meeting.
Public comments on tonight’s agenda will be called for at an appropriate juncture during the deliberations. We will hear public comments on other topics at the conclusion of our evening’s deliberations.
