This class will be guided through verbal directions provided by Giuliana as well as hands on directions for those who would like that. This class follows a Hatha style and is great for all levels. Giuliana's mission is to teach the fundamentals of yoga and meditation while providing a safe and fun environment. Many people suffer from an unbalanced life. Stress and anxiety permeate our society, especially when dealing with the challenges of school, work, classmates, or co-workers. Yoga helps heal the mind by purifying it from negative thoughts and tension. It has the power to lead us away from the distractions of a wandering mind and bring us back to the stillness and peace of our breath and soul.
