This Friday, April 1, Saturday, April 2, and Sunday, April 3 from 11-4, come to Hartshorn Farm for the first annual MRV Maple Festival at our roadside Maple House.
(Sunday's weather may be cold and windy, so plan on Friday or Saturday)

Learn about how maple syrup originated and what the steps are from tapping trees to the finished product-syrup. Find out what all of those machines in the sugar house do. Watch the sap boil into syrup. Compare the taste of sap to syrup.
