Do one workout, two or all three! You Choose!
9-10am: Boot Camp
10:15: - 11:15am: Zumba
11:30 - 12:30pm: Restorative Yoga
Bring water and if you have one, a mat.
Any generous donation is appreciated. 100% of the proceeds are given to the family.
