Please join your neighbors for the organizational meeting of a new Athletic Advisory Committee on Monday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m. in the BHS Library. The mission of the committee is to build on the positive support and spirit of parents and students for middle and high school co-curricular programs in the face of potential budget cuts this past spring. Thanks to this support, there is full funding for athletics and activities this year. This new committee will provide advice and counsel to BHS on such topics as ongoing support for school athletics, program evaluation and viability, the recruitment and retention of energetic, diverse and qualified coaching staff, and facilities use and maintenance. Middle school parents are welcome to attend too!
