Join the Saint Albans Museum on Wednesday, March 30 at 7pm in the Bliss Room for our second annual performance of "Womanspeak" in celebration of Women's History Month. This one-act play features a cast and crew of community volunteers and is formatted as reader’s theater. Produced by special arrangement with Pioneer Drama Service of Englewood, Colorado, admission for this special evening is free and open to all, as part of the Museum's 50th Anniversary season.

"Womanspeak is a play about the lost history of American women…a Contemporary Woman is in search of her roots. Out of the past, Abigail Adams, Sojourner Truth, Susan B. Anthony, Margaret Sanger, Eleanor Roosevelt and others show her that she is part of a great tradition of women who contributed to our history."
