A remininder: Community Workshops: Free and open to the community

Date Change to March 29th. MAKE Recycled critters, slippers or mittens by Kate Stephenson. @ Montpelier Senior Activity Center @ 6 to 730 or maybe 8 pm 58 Barre St., Montpelier. Join us for a fun evening of crafting and learn how to make your own special something from recycled felted woolen sweaters. You can choose from a mix of patterns for stuffed animals, slippers or mittens, sew up your creation (by hand or with a sewing machine) and come home with something for yourself or someone you love.

Things to bring (helpful but not required): sharp scissors, pre-felted wool sweaters or blankets (wash in washing machine on Hot and then in the dryer on Hot and they should shrink nicely). We'll also have a selection of felts to choose from, needles, thread etc.

PLUS....POT LUCK upstairs @ 46 Barre St., Our office building from 5 to 545. Come join us before the workshop.

Feldenkrais lessons at Four Corners Schoolhouse starting Friday March 11 I will teach six introductory Feldenkrais classes at East Montpelier's Four Corners Schoolhouse, Friday mornings, 9:00 – 10:00, March 11 through April 15. The classes are free. No equipment is necessary. All lessons are appropriate for all ages and abilities. Movements will be performed either sitting or standing. Try it out for one, some, or all six classes. I welcome RSVPs to know the number of chairs to set up, but an RSVP is not essential.
