The next Heart Circle in Arlington will be held this Friday, April 1st from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at The Arlington Community House, 3854 Main Street. (The brick building between Stewart's and The Arlington Inn) This month's focus is "Becoming Lighter." Offered on a sliding scale: $15-20.

Heart Circles have been created to help return balance between the mind and heart. Each month we will deepen our ability to listen to our heart, accept what we feel, unconditionally and learn to trust it again. Please come willing to honor privacy.
