NOTICE TO MORRISVILLE VOTERS
Here is some basic information about the Annual Village Meeting. If you have other questions, ask your Village Clerk or call the Secretary of States Office at 1-800-439-8683.

REGISTER TO VOTE!
Go to your Village Clerks Office located at 43 Portland Street in Morrisville. If you are homebound, call your Village Clerk for help. If you want to vote in the Annual Village Meeting, you must apply by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 6, 2016.

DATE OF ANNUAL MEETING:
MONDAY, APRIL 11, 2016

TIME OF ANNUAL MEETING:
6:30 PM until adjourned.

MEETING LOCATION:
Morristown Municipal Building (Tegu)
Community Meeting Room
43 Portland Street
Morrisville, Vermont.

Facilities are handicapped accessible. Plenty of convenient parking.

INFORMATIONAL MEETING:
Monday, April 4, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Water and Light Department Board Room at 857 Elmore Street, Morrisville.
This is your opportunity to ask questions or share your concerns with the Village Trustees.

WHAT TO DO IF
*You are not on the voter checklist: If your name has been dropped from the Village voter checklist and you think it was an error, explain it to your Village Clerk and ask that your name be reinstated. If the problem is not cleared up to your satisfaction, have the Village Clerk, Village Trustees or other election officials at the polling place call an immediate meeting of the members of the local Board of Civil Authority who are present at the meeting. They should check thoroughly and correct any error. If you still are not satisfied, call the Secretary of States Office at 1-800-439-8683.
