The Hinesburg Development Review Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall to review the following applications:
1.) Review Minutes of September 17th
2.) Matt & Judy Laberge: (Appeal of Notice of Violation) Cont’d from 9/17 – The applicants are appealing a noise violation that was issued under Section 5.12.1 of the Hinesburg Zoning Regulations. This property is located at 852 Hayden Hill West in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District.
3.) Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation/Mike Skinner (Lang McLaughry Real Estate): (Conditional Use Review) – The applicants are requesting retroactive conditional use approval for the removal of a structure that was built prior to 1940 (as required by 5.22.3(1) of the Hinesburg Zoning Regulations). This barn was removed, at the instruction of the bank that currently has ownership of the property, due to safety concerns as the property was prepared for sale. This property is located at 32 Silver Street in the Village Zoning District.
