High School and Beyond
Wondering what life after high school holds for Your child? For yourself? For your students?
If you are a student, parent or teacher who is wondering what is available for students who need some extra support after high school, please join us at the 5th Annual Transition Fair, sponsored by the Addison County Core Transition Team.
This is a great opportunity for students and families to connect with people who will support and encourage their transition to adulthood and independent life.
Participating organizations offer information and programs related to employment, training, post-secondary education, recreation, independent living and a variety of community resources.
