Vermont Electric Cooperative is inviting local members to a "meet and greet" on Thurs. March 24, from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at the The East Side Restaurant & Pub in Newport. Come hear from VEC CEO Christine Hallquist about some of the issues and programs the Co-op is working on, and from John Ward, Director of VEC District #2, about what it means to be a member-owner and how you can get involved. We will leave plenty of time for questions, discussions, and ideas. There will be a cash bar. Light food and beverages will be provided.
