The Democratic candidates for governor, Sue Minter and Matt Dunne, will meet in Hartland to answer questions and discuss the issues with voters. The forum, sponsored by the Windsor County Democratic Committee, will be held at Damon Hall, located at the Three Corners intersection in Hartland Village. Starting time is 7:00. Attendance is free. Bob Hager, retired reporter for NBC news, will be the moderator. At 6:00 pm there will be a “Get-to-Know-the Candidates”

Matt Dunne, a native of Windsor County, was State Representative for seven years, Director of AmeriCorps*Vista, and State Senator from Windsor County for two terms. For the last eight years, Matt has headed up Community Affairs for Google.
Sue Minter was elected four times as a State Representative to the Vermont
legislature from 2004–2010. She served as Deputy Secretary of Transportation, Irene Recovery Officer, and Secretary of Transportation.
