Heart Circles have been created to help return balance between the mind and heart. Because our culture worships the mind and because we are trained from a young age to feed it and listen to it far more than the heart, many people ignore their feelings. Others have created layers of protection around the heart or have closed it entirely.

Each month we will deepen our ability to listen to it, accept what we feel unconditionally and learn to trust it again. Please come willing to honor privacy in circle. Please enter the building from the parking lot in the back. The door is on the left. Follow the signs.
