1763 Fare at Our 250th Community Event

We will have a free community dinner at our 250th and are featuring 1763 fare similar to the food enjoyed by our Fairfield settlers. Robbie Provasi has generously offered to do a pig roast and some venison (YUMMY!). The Community Center's own Nance & Michele will grill fall veggies. Ladies of St Patricks will do the baked beans and the johnny cake. Pickles and preserves by Sara & Jess at Black Creek. Beverages will be Matt Playful's fresh cider and milk from the New England Dairy Promotion.

We need you to bring something for the Potluck Dessert table. Bring your favorite ... or consider .... a 1763ish dessert. Ideas are pies, cobblers, crisps and puddings featuring apples, maple, pumpkin or berries.
