Rainbow Umbrella, a group of LGBT adults in Central Vermont, is celebrating its one year anniversary with a tea dance. The dance will be held on Sunday, March 20 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at Sweet Melissa's in Montpelier. All members of the public are welcome to come and enjoy the music and dancing.
