Candlelight Yoga with Tibetan Singing Bowls

Tibetan singing bowls produce a harmonic vibration that has been described as AUM (or Om), the primordial sound of the universe. In alternative medicine, the vibrations of the bowls have been used to help rebalance the body's energy, reduce stress and harmonize the cells. Some have claimed feeling euphoric after a healing Tibetan singing bowl session.

Please join us Friday, March 18th at Balance Yoga for another calming candlelight yoga class, including Kirk Jones from Evolvlove Sound Therapy playing Tibetan singing bowls. Class will begin with a gentle yoga flow to relax and release any tension held in the body. This will be followed by a restorative yoga practice tat includes Tibetan singing bowls placed on the body of participants.

Come rebalance and recharge your energy for the weekend ahead.

Limited to 15 people. Please register online at: http://balanceyogavt.com/workshops-series/
