Wondering what life after high school holds for your child? For yourself? For your students?

If you are a student, parent, teacher or service provider who is wondering what is available for students who need some extra support after high school, please join us at the 5th Annual Transition Fair, sponsored by the Addison County Core Transition Team.

This is a great opportunity for students and families to connect with people who will support and encourage their transition to adulthood and independent life.

Participating organizations (CSAC, Voc Rehab, VT Assistive Technology, Benefits Counselor, Guardianship services, SUCCEED Program, Special Olympics, VSAC, VT Adult Learning, VT Dept of Labor, and others) will offer information and programs related to employment, training, post-secondary education, recreation, independent living and a variety of community resources.
