Monitoring Shorebirds on the North Slope of Alaska
Noel Dodge will share pictures and experiences he and wife Suzanne enjoyed the summer they worked in the Alaskan oil fields catching migrant shorebirds and dodging bears (brown and polar) under a rarely setting sun. Noel has a wealth of knowledge about birds, which will make an interesting Sunday afternoon presentation at the Johnson Public Library.
