The next How-To Sunday at 2: Cake Decorating happens this week on March 13 at 2 p.m. in Bailey Hall at the Federated Church of East Arlington on Ice Pond Road. Local baker Michelle Cummings will teach multiple cake decorating techniques with this hands-on experiential workshop for all ages.
