PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE MORRISTOWN/MORRISVILLE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
WARNED PUBLIC HEARING – THURSDAY MARCH 10, 2016
The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the
Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the above date of this notice to review the following applications:
1. Applicants/landowners Nick & Juliette Volk request §630 Conditional Use & §500 Site Development Plan Approval for a §460 Home Business use for Kalte Brewing within an existing and a proposed small shed with access off Cherry Avenue located on parcel 23-129 at 234 Summer Street in the §250 Medium Density Residential Zone.
2. Applicant James Stone of Treatment Associates requests §500 Site Development Plan Approval after-the-fact to add the Health Care Facility use for an outpatient substance abuse treatment clinic to parcel 21-043 at 65 Portland Street in the §205 Central Business Zone in an existing building owned by Mt.Vernon Lodge.
3. Applicant/landowner CCS Development LLC requests §510 Planned Unit Development and §740 Review and Approval of a Preliminary Plat in the §210 Commercial Zone for a two lot subdivision of parcel 08-090 that creates 8 new housing units accessed off Trombley Hill Rd.
Said hearings will take place at 6:30 PM in the Tegu Building’s Community Meeting Room at 43 Portland Street in Morrisville. Public is welcomed and encouraged to attend!
