Harwood Faculty-Student Hoops Tradition Continues Wednesday
Graduating Seniors Face Faculty All-Stars in Annual Benefit Basketball Matchup

Tipoff at the annual Faculty-Student Basketball Game is set for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, in the Harwood Union High School gym.

The annual matchup is a tradition for the Highlander graduating class and an evolving roster of dedicated teachers and staff. The student teams have prevailed the past few years but the faculty members have been strong competitors. In 2014, students eked out a win at the buzzer.

Proceeds benefit Project Graduation, a parent-organized celebration for the seniors on graduation night in June. A 50/50 raffle will be done at the game. Refreshments including homemade baked goods will be available for purchase.

This is a family-friendly event for all ages!

Tickets at the door: $5 adults; $2 students; 10 and under free.
