A refuge - for Abenakis, African Americans, artists, writers, hippies, and newcomers from other countries who have found a safe haven.

A community - of dreamers and farmers, educators and innovators, fierce and feisty "doers and shapers" who have made Vermont a creative, resilient home

An idea - growing and changing and yet remaining the same.
