Mayo Healthcare's Taste of Maple

Mayo Healthcare’s Taste of Maple evening is Friday, March 18  ---- please join us!  With delicious sweet and savory offerings from top area chefs, the Taste of Maple evening is Mayo Healthcare’s annual fundraiser….. And it’s a community celebration you won’t want to miss.
 
From 6-9 pm in the Milano ballroom at Norwich University you’ll sample culinary creations featuring Vermont’s sweetest specialty by chefs from Mayo Healthcare, Sugarbush Resort, The Cornerstone Pub and Kitchen, The Woods Lodge, and six other area venues.  Join our “celebrity judges – Jaime Schneider of Northfield, Burr Morse of the Morse Farm Sugarworks, and Vermont state Maple Specialist Henry Marckres – as they declare their favorites, while you help decide the “People’s Choice” winner.
 
Tickets are $25 and include a glass of wine, the tasting and a silent auction.  Tickets are available at Mayo Healthcare, Northfield Pharmacy, or online at www.brownpapertickets.com.
Proceeds this year will help Mayo build a new walking path for our residents.
