The How of Happiness!
Learn and practice techniques for genuine well being as part of a six week series at Burlington’s Women Writing for (a) Change. Wednesday nights, 6-8 P.M., beginning October 2nd. This study group promises to be aspirational, inspirational, and fun! Even better—it is solidly grounded in research on the science of happiness! Facilitators: Ginny Sassaman and Wendy Bratt.
