MBSR is a suite of meditative practices which have been demonstrated to relieve stress and improve wellness.
It is secular, research based, experiential, interactive and educational. People taking this course share one thing in
common: the desire to find more calm, ease, peace of mind and sense of equanimity in their lives. MBSR is intended to build
your capacity to be awake, alert and attentive to each moment and to improve your relationship to whatever arises.
Learn to cultivate attitudes of acceptance, letting go, trust, patience, non-striving, non- judgement and a beginner's mind. No prior experience meditating is necessary.
