Spread the word in Franklin County! We have one incredible mother, Nadine Morales, from St Albans who will be speaking and have done outreach mostly focused on St Albans. Would be great to have people involved from Enosburg & Bakersfield and other area towns. We want to spread the message that racism is NOT just an issue in urban schools, but also in our rural schools too...

I will be speaking at the March Against Racism Event this Saturday, Feb 27, 2016 in St. Albans... I understand a lot of people are "nervous," for lack a better word, Because The event is SPONSORED BY Black Lives Matter VT... THIS EVENT IS FOR ALL RACES, INCLUDING AND ESPECIALLY WHITE, "ALL LIVES MATTER!!!" That is the message we are trying to convey. The people leading the event, myself included, are ALL OF MIXED RACES AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO EXPERIENCE BOTH SIDES.
Please come even if you do not agree with the event "Tittle" especially if you are having negative feelings. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO OR SAY ANYTHING...Just come, listen, and show support for ALL sides.
