Did you know being with laughing people makes it easier to laugh?! Offered to those looking for a healthy way to release the negative effects of strain and anxiety, this free, one-hour session is offered by Nancy Oakes, the Family Caregiver Support Program Coordinator of the NEK Council on Aging who is also a certified Laughter Yoga leader. Starts 2 PM Wednesday in the Senior Center, 56 High Street, Hardwick.
