UVM Professor Emeritus Frank Bryan will speak to this topic at the OSHER lecture series. The lectures are held at the Town and Country Resort on the Mountain Rd. In Stowe. It begins at 1:30, Wednesday February 24. There is a $5.00 fee. Refreshments are served after the lecture.
