The first Heart Circle in Arlington will be held on Friday, March 4th from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at The Arlington Community House, 3854 Main St. (in between Stewart's and the Arlington Inn). Offered on a sliding scale: $15-20.

Heart Circles have been created to help return balance between the mind and heart and to see the heart for what it truly is: a reliable guiding force. Each month we will deepen our ability to listen and accept how we feel unconditionally. We will access Truths and acquire tools to be able to live them, to become healthier. Heart Circles in Arlington are for women and men.
