Join us for a free workshop in Noyes Rhythm: “Forest Breathing.” Open to everyone, this is a restorative and enlivening movement class. Noyes Rhythm, a 100-year-old practice started by Florence Fleming Noyes, combines flowing techniques for awareness and strengthening, as well as joyful creative movement. Imbued with rich nature imagery, the workshop uses simple exercises to coordinate breath and movement, guiding the individual and the group as a whole. Accompanied by live piano music.
