An informal group of Montpelier-area homeowners and residents interested in discussing options for future housing "downsizing" will meet at 10:30 am Saturday, Feb. 27 in the Hayes Room of the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. There will be a presentation about downtown housing construction costs by Matt Wheaton of DEW and a second presentation on building small homes by Chris Kiper of Anomal. There will also be time for group discussion and questions. The meeting should be over by noon. Anyone considering or interested in downsizing is welcome to attend.
