The Queen City Memory Cafe meets 10 a.m. to noon in Burlington on the third Saturday of each month for people with memory impairment and their care partner to socialize and enjoy refreshments and entertainment with others.
The cafe is FREE, and the next cafe will be this coming Saturday, Feb. 20. This month’s cafe will feature a guided-relaxation journey that combines yoga-based exercises and meditation. Refreshments, conversation, welcoming and supportive intergenerational environment.
10 a.m.-noon, Thayer House Garden Commons Room, 1197 North Ave. in Burlington’s New North End, just north of the Hannaford’s shopping plaza. Free, easy parking and handicapped-accessible building.
