Lots of things happening this weekend at Northfield's American Legion Post 63. It all starts with an open house of Friday with the S.A.L. & Aux. sponsoring their Friday Night Grill, serving from 5 to 7 p.m., then on Saturday, the Auxiliary will be starting Bar Bingo at 1:00 p.m., (bar bingo is for members only) what a fun way to spend an afternoon! Then from 5 to 7 p.m., the S.A.L. will be holding their annual Chicken Pie Dinner. Dinner is $10 per person (tickets on sale at the post in advance). Then to end the evening with a post dance featuring music by the band "Classic Rewind". They have a great female vocalist and play country & rock n' roll music! The dinner and dance are open to the public, must be 21 for the dance $5 cover.
Next week the Auxiliary will be holding a Texas Hold'em Tournament at 1 p.m. on Saturday the 27th, sign up in advance for $50 or the day of the tournament for $75. (tournament is open to all)
