How to Run My Business on the Internet March 2

Past event
Mar 2, 2016

We all know that the internet is a great tool. It provides information efficiently and quickly. Whether your business is a traditional brick & mortar business or and online business, your consumers are checking you and your business out on the internet. When was the last time you Googled yourself, or your business and brand? How does that look?

As a small business owner, it is important to understand how customers navigate to find the right business to meet their needs, but also to connect, learn and relate to you and your product or service.

Having a website or social media presence may not be enough. In fact, it probably isn't. Just like a sign on your storefront, your website and social media pages are your digital storefront signs. If they are not being properly maintained, then consumers will continue their search for a business that meets their needs.

Join us as a panel of experts in the field offer insights into websites, social media, and e-commerce, as well as how to understand how your business is viewed on the internet, along with Jim LeClair of Smart Datamap Services.
