Life of the Child Conference: How Boys Become Men

Lake Champlain Waldorf School is excited to announce a two-day conference with renowned author and psychologist Ted Braude, March 4, 7-9 pm, and March 5, 8:30 am -12:30 pm. In this insightful, down-to-earth workshop, Braude will discuss our cultural expectations for boys across all age spans. Boys needs help navigating these expectations so that they can mature into the young men they were born to become. We will explore practical ways that parents and educators can help cultivate the strength, joy, and confidence that boys need to reach their greatest potential.

You can register for Friday night only for $20, or for the full conference (Friday and Saturday) for $60 or $49 if you register by Friday, February 19. Details and registration are online:

The Friday evening lecture will be held at Lake Champlain Waldorf School’s High School campus: 122 Bostwick Road, Shelburne, and the Saturday portion of the conference will take place at their Pre-K through 8th Grade Campus: 359 Turtle Lane, Shelburne.
