Would you like your running to be energy efficient? Would you like to run injury free while logging your miles? Certified Chi Running Instructor Sarah Richardson will lead this 5-hour clinic and share everything she knows. Your body will thank you as you learn how to work with the force of gravity and the force of the oncoming road, which will decrease the pounding often associated with running. This clinic is designed for all levels. Contrary to what you may think, there is little running and mostly fun exercises and body sensing activities to solidly transfer the information.
