As you navigate life’s ups and downs in our stressful modern world it is easy to feel disconnected from your vitality, clarity, and sense of calm confidence. It is easy to get caught up in the rush of checking things off the to-do list and facing a mountain of daily details that drain the spirit.This can lead to emotional states of anxiety or depression, or feelings of overwhelm. Yoga methods have been shown to be highly effective at reducing or eliminating these mood states, replacing them with a sense of peaceful steadiness, and uplifted spirits, as well as restoring a sense of deep fulfillment in our lives.
In this workshop :

~explore yogic philosophy and insights from the fields of neuroscience and life coaching for relieving an overwhelmed mind and body
