Have Fun and Beat the Cold Weather Blues! Wonder & Wisdom Seniors Activity at Craftsbury Outdoor Center

Join us on Friday, February 19th from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. for a low impact fitness movement session, a modest outdoor adventure (snowshoeing, tracking or x-c skiing), and a delicious, healthy lunch. Open to "seniors" age 50+ with a sense of adventure and community! Please pre-register by calling Wonder & Wisdom at 533-9370. Activities take place at the "state of the art" facilities at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. The special seniors rate of $15 per person includes lunch.
