Yes, you heard right! There is some snow in the forecast and if we get a few good inches then Enosburgh Recreation will be hosting a free snowshoe event at the Enosburg Fall Country Club just in time for school break. The golf course is beautiful for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing and the owner has been so kind to let the public use the land. There will be plenty of free snowshoes to use and assistance for newbies to the sport. The snowshoes are always available to borrow from the Enosburg Elementary School and the public library (Rise VT just donated 8 brand new pairs).

If you have never tried snowshoeing then here is your chance! Bring your friends, bring your kids, and be ready for a great time.
