Reminder there is a gun owners of Vermont meeting this Friday February 12th, 6:00 pm at the Warren village fire station. All are welcome! This is a very important time of year for us with the legislative season upon us, it is important to keep informed of pending bills this session and let our legislators know how we feel about them! I recently contacted both Maxine Grad and Adam Greshin our 2 representatives about some proposed bills in the house this season, H.566, H.567, H.568 the Burlington charter change bills, H.775 the UBC bill, H.709 An act relating to homeowner's insurance and gun possession. Adam actually had the nerve to tell me don't worry these bills will never see the light of day! One of which he sponsored! I asked him why he would sponsor a bill which he feels will never see the light of day and waste time and money (our money) on it! He never bother to respond! Maxine basically said she understood my concerns but didn't even say where she stood on these bills! If you are unhappy with our representatives I encourage you to let them know how you feel! And remember come November!
