Meditation in Movement: Forest Breathing - (and other nature journeys)

Open to everyone, this is a restorative and enlivening movement class. Noyes Rhythm, a 100-year-old practice started by Florence Fleming Noyes, combines physical techniques for awareness and strengthening, coordination and balance, as well as joyful creative movement. Imbued with rich nature imagery AND accompanied by beautiful live piano music, this technique is meant for all ages, dancers and non-dancers.
