This Thursday, we will be serving our monthly CVAA Senior Lunch at noon @ the Libanus Lodge on the corner of North & Elm Streets. We will start off with a Beef Vegetable Rice soup followed by a Tossed Salad with a choice of homemade dressings. The main course is Baked Alaskan Halibut Fillets generously donated by the Weston family. It will be served with Macaroni & Cheese along with Organic Butternut Squash from our good friends at the Rockville Market Farm in Starksboro. Gert Bingham will be baking fresh rolls that morning and Suzanne Orvis is making Black Forest Cakes for dessert. Suggested donation is still only $3.
