The spring Todd Lecture Series will host CAPT Robert Gusentine, USN (Ret.) for a lecture on “WATER: Understanding the 21st Century Challenge.”

The lecture is free and open to the public, and will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25 in Dole Auditorium at Norwich University in Northfield, Vt.

Gusentine is a Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellow, a retired US Navy captain, and serves on the board of directors for Elsie’s Hope, a nonprofit devoted to sustainable access to clean water around the world.
